House, wrongly shown on 0.S. map as Aberlash House. Probably early C19 front
to late C18 house. Bath stone ashlar; plain tile roof; brick stacks.
2-storey, 3-window range. Central 6-panel door with side and over-light.
Square-plan porch of paired Roman Doric columns, which support balcony with
pierced stone balustrade. 12-pane sashes to each side, with moulded stone
surrounds with triangular pediments on brackets above. Three 12-pane
sashes to first floor, with moulded stone surrounds with brackets to sills.
Balustrade to roof. Half-circular bow window to left-hand return. Interior
not inspected but likely to be of interest.
