RCHM 194. Early C18 timber-framed stuccoed front with rusticated quoins
and having a Welsh slate hipped roof in which are 2 pedimented attic dormers.
There is a repaired cornice. The upper floors overhang. In the 1st floor
are 4 sash windows in moulded wood frames having moulded cornices. In the
2nd floor are 4 sash windows. All the windows have shutters and glazing
bars and the structure was apparently once 2 houses.

Nos 48 to 53 (consec) form a group with Trinity and Balliol Colleges.
