House and shop. 1 building. Probably late C18 in origin but has been restored.
4-storeyed ashlar with a moulded cornice at the 3rd floor and a renewed one
above and a small modem parapet. 5 sash windows in moulded stone frames,
3 of which on the 1st floor having cornices. The central doorway has a
stone frame with pilasters and a semi-circular arch with a fanlight.

All the listed buildings on the North Side form a group.
