C18/C19. Narrow 3-storeyed stucco front. The ground floor has a modern
sash window with glazing bars and a moulded architrave. In the lst floor
is an C18/19 sash window and in the 2nd floor a 2-light casement window.
Modillioned eaves cornice. Interior remodelled and modern north elevation
1970-71.

All the listed buildings on the North Side form a group.
