Terrace of 6 early Cl9 red brick 3-storeyed houses with a slightly projecting
eaves line, Welsh slate roofs and red brick stacks. In the ground floor
of each is a doorway with a semi-circular stone arch and a sash window under
a semi-circular brick arch. A stone band connects the ground floor windows.
In the 1st floor are 2 sash windows in each house with early Cl9 iron balconies.
The 2nd floor sash windows have painted skew-back architraves. The windows
have glazing bars. There are 6-panel doors with fanlights over. The terrace
lies back from the road in the gardens in front and is untouched and unique
in Oxford.

Nos 45 to 55 (odd) form a group.
