Farmhouse now house. 2 buildings at right angles. C17 range facing lane and
early C18 range (tie beam in attic dated 1721) on south. C17 range. Squared,
coursed ironstone, Steeply pitched slate roof. A stone and a brick ridge and end
stack. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range. Entrance to rear. Ground floor
has two 3-light metal casements in wood frames. Wrought-iron casement fasteners.
One similar first floor window. Wood lintels throughout. Interior has
stop-chamfered beam, chamfered joists and stone fireplace with wood bressumer.
Early C18 adjoining range. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys plus attic. 3-window range.
Ironstone ashlar. Steeply pitched slate roof with stone coped gables and moulded
kneelers. Brick end stacks on stone bases. Panelled door in moulded wood frame.
Gabled hood. Entrance is flanked by C20 imitation mullioned and transomed
windows. First floor has 3 partly repaired wood mullioned and transomed windows.
Stone flat arches. 2 gabled roof dormers. Interior has a C18 dado and niched
cupboard. Closed-well staircase in gabled 2-storey staircase projection on the
north (rear). Later plain oak staircase.
