Built 1626-1670. On South East is a new building joining the Master's Lodging.
The inner faces of the Main Quadrangle were refaced in 1829-30 together with
a partial refacing of the external South elevation. The masons in 1670 were
William Edward and later Thomas Knight and in 1691 John Townesend.
