House, formerly subdivided. Probably late C17/early C18, extended C20. Timber
framing with brick infill on rubble plinth; thatch roof with brick ridge stacks.
4-unit plan with 2 rear wings. One storey plus attic. Irregular 4-window front
projects slightly in the 2 bays to left and is mostly of late framing with
re-set brick infill, but the entrance bay, to right of centre, has earlier
jointed and pegged framing; the right bay has a higher plinth. All casements and
the 4 dormers are C20. Roof is half-hipped to right and has 2 ridge stacks. Rear
wings are C20. Interior not inspected.
