House. C18. Coursed squared marlstone with ashlar dressings; concrete plain-tile
roof with stone-and-brick stack. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2 bays to left of
3-window front have aligned 2-light leaded casements, taller at ground floor,
flanking a 6-panel door, all openings with ashlar flat arches and projecting
keyblocks linked to ashlar bands. Right bay breaks forward slightly and has
leaded 2-light casements with wooden lintels; a secondary entrance to extreme
right is now a window. Steep-pitched roof has a large stone-based stack to right
of bay 2. Interior not inspected.
