Cottage, early C19: brick with canted hipped Welsh slate roof, dentillated
eaves, single ridge stack. Single storey with attic; 3 bays. Canted south
front has pointed arched opening to west with hood mould, containing C19 close
boarded door; flanked to east by 2 double Y- tracery lancets with brick hood
moulds; canted timber verandah with 4 plain posts, containing C19 dormer with
single glazing bar casement. East front has C19 rustic porch with close boarded
door, flanked to south by leaded double lancet. West front has C20 casement
to north, and a single leaded double lancet to south.
