Cottage. Early C1B. Red brick. Pantile roof. Brick and render,coped
gables, kneelers, dogtooth eaves and single central ridge stack. Single
storey with garret. 3 bays. Central doorway with plain door and plain surround
flanked by single Yorkshire sashes with glazing bars. All the openings
have segmental arches with a band running above. To the rear is an earlier
brick and pantile wing with steeply pitched roof, exposed rafters at the
eaves and single gable stack, with an outshut to the north.
