Terrace wall to north of Osberton Hall. Late C19. Ashlar with
moulded coping; projecting central bay and recessed rounded
corners, interlaced pierced balustrade. Dwarf boundary wall,
coursed squared rubble with re-used C19 balustrade with square
piers, turned balusters and moulded coping. Curved section to
south has 2 square piers with ashlar caps and coping. Pair of
re-sited square ashlar gate piers with rebated corners and banded
rustication; top band with an escallop on each face; moulded
cornice, and above, urn on square base. Pair of cast iron round
tapered gate posts with double wrought iron gates with scrolls by
Thomlinson-Walker Ironworks, York. Included for group value
only.
