boundary wall,

Lodge. C.1868, Coursed squared rubble and brick with hipped and
canted plain tile roof. Ashlar dressings, stone plinth, 2
diagonally set ridge stacks. Entered from rear. Single storey
plus attics, 3 bays, cross plan. Front has projecting canted bay
with 3 glazing bar casements, flanked to left by C20 3 light
casement in recessed bay, and to right by glazing bar casement.
Left end has single glazing bar casement. Right end has, to
rear, single glazing bar casement and above, flat roofed dormer
with margin light casement. Outside, dwarf ashlar boundary wall
with chamfered coping carrying fleur de lys iron railing. Pair
of chamfered square cast iron gateposts with square caps and ball
finials; pair of wrought iron gates.
