Shop and house, c. 1800 remodelled mid-C19. Rubble with cut quoins
(tooled-and-margined to 1st floor) and dressings; slate roof. 2 storeys,
6 bays. Bay 2 has boarded door with 3-pane overlight, flanked by 20-pane
fixed shop windows with wooden pilasters and cornice. To right a renewed
door in stop-chamfered stone surround with moulded cornice, flanked by
4-pane sash windows in irregular-block surrounds. 4-pane sashes in chamfered
stone surrounds to 1st floor, except for circular windows in stone surrounds
in bays 2 and 5, the former blocked, the latter with radial glazing. Coped
gables with moulded kneelers, stepped and corniced end and ridge stacks.
Single-storey bay to left has coped gable with moulded kneelers.
