Former railway station waiting room now private house. Mid C19. Ashlar front,
squared stone returns and rear; Welsh slate roof and dressed stone chimneys.
Tudor style. Single storey, 4 bays. Raised quoins. Replaced door in left end
bay (behind late C20 glazed porch); replaced casements in chamfered surrounds
under hoodmoulds. Small cast-iron drinking fountain built into wall at right.
Moulded stone gutter brackets. Steeply-pitched roof has coped gables with square
blocks at apexes and square kneelers. Central cross-axial chimney has octagonal-
plan stacks. Included for group value.
