2/64 Bay Horse Inn


GV II

Inn. C18 2 builds, altered early C19 and C20. Dressed stone. Welsh and
stone slate roofs. 2 storeys. Left part 3 bays; double-span roof, central
doorway dated 1797 on lintel. All windows 16-pane sashes, several renewed.
Gabled roofs with flat coping and kneelers. Stone gable stacks with bands.
Rear span has stone slates.

Right part 3 bays. Lean-to mid-C20 porch in left bay. Centre window late C20.
Other windows late C19 small-paned casements. Stone gable stack on left gable.
Right gable stack rebuilt in brick.

Right part included mainly for group value.
