Cottage. 1890's. Snecked stone with Welsh slate roof. Arts and Crafts
style. One-and-a-half storeys, 2 bays. Three steps up to asymmetrically-
placed boarded door. To left a 3-light window with wood mullions and transom.
Gableted roof with overhanging eaves and carried over door to form porch on
curved wood struts. Large corniced ridge stack of 4 clustered square shafts.
