GV II
House, mid-18. Rubble with roughly-shaped quoins; base of bay window brick;
Welsh slate roof with brick stack. 2 storeys, 2 bays, irregular. Right-of-
centre renewed door under timber lintel. To left C20 canted bay with small-
pane sashes; small 4-pane fire window to far left and renewed 12-pane sash
over. To right 4-pane casement with similar window over; blocked 1st floor
door (into adjacent garden at higher level) on far right. Steeply-pitched roof
with left end stack.
Left return, above roof of adjacent forge (q.v.) shows small 1st floor and attic
4-pane casements and reverse-stepped gable.
Flat-roofed extension to rear is not of interest.
