About 1775 by George West the Elder (see N Temple, "Farnham Buildings and
People", p 52). 2 storey and cellar. Brick on chamfered plinth, carried up
to slightly projecting parapet with stone coping. Hipped old tile roof. 5
windows with architrave frames on 1st floor. 4 similar windows on ground
floor and 6-panel central door with arched fanlight of elaborate carved and
scroll pattern, slightly 'Gothic', in panelled reveal, with architrave and
key block to arch in doorcase of panelled pilasters, cap mould carried round
reveal and across doorhead, scroll brackets, broken cornice and open pediment.
3 moulded stone steps.
