Chest tomb. Early Cl9. Ashlar. In Neo-Classical style. Roll-moulded base
stone on podium. Tuscan columns, free-standing at corners, all on deep plinths,
support entablature with panelled frieze, breaking forward over columns, and lid
with triple-roll-moulded edge. Incised panels between columns (2 on each longer
side, 1 on each shorter side) and lid bear commemorative inscriptions: on lid,
to William Keen, d.1816, and his wife Elizabeth, d.1873; on one side, to
Caroline, their fourth daughter, d.1826; other panels illegible.
