House. C16, to rear left, later C16/C17 to front with C20 wing projecting to front
right. Timber framed, exposed on rear wing and to end of main range with brick and
rubblestone infilling, red brick cladding to front. Imitation frame with brick
infilling and tile hanging above on C20 extension. Plain tiled roofs, half-hipped.
L-shaped plan with extensions to right. Two storeys, massive stack to left of centre
on main range, to left of junction with wing. Two casement windows on first floor
and ground floor pentice roofed extension to left. Irregular ground floor fenestration
of 3 windows.- Gabled, through-eaves casements to first floor of extension, two windows
to ground floor on end facing the street with a part glazed door. Main entrance now
to gable end of old range in gabled timber and stone porch. Older 1 bay range to rear
left with end stack and first floor brace exposed.
