House, extended and formerly divided. Late C18 with C19 extensions to rear. Brown brick with hipped plain tiled roof. Two storeys with moulded brick eaves, end stacks to rear. Five bay front with nine-pane glazing-bar sashes to first floor and four two-pane glazing bar sash windows to ground floor; all under gauged brick heads. Central door of six panels with fan tracery in transome light over. Flat roofed porch with two half and two full columns under drum capitals with pseudo-fluting. C20 extensions to rear comprised former Smithwood Cottage.
