Former outbuildings, now shops. C17. Timber framed, exposed on right hand return front with colourwashed render infill over brick underbuild. Colourwashed and whitewashed brick cladding to front with rendered gable. Plain tiled roof to right hand gable, slate roof to left hand gable.

Two storeys with two gable ends to street. One two-light window on first floor to each gable, that to right with shutters. Plate glass shop window below with plate glass door to left. Glazing bar bowed window to ground floor left with door. Right hand return front: three framed bays and extensions with dormer.
