C18 building in 2 sections. The part adjoining No 13 is a similar building
of 2 storeys and 3 windows with a partly red brick and partly stuccoed front.
The main portion to the south is of higher elevation, 4 windows. Painted brick.
Slate roof. Doorway with flat hood on brackets and door of 6 moulded panels.
South front stuccoed, 3 windows and 2 dormers. A plaque records that Sir Frank
Brangwyn, RA (1867-1956) lived there for many years.
