House, now office. Early C19 front to earlier building. Stuccoed with two
platbands over first-floor, cornice and parapet to slate roof. Central wooden
box on roof over centre. 3 storeys; 2 window front, glazing bar sashes, with
iron balcony railings to individual windows on first floor. C19 shop-front
with paired pilasters at sides. Transom light over entrance to left. Loft
return-front: irregular facade to Watergate Lane of red and blue brick chequer.
Entrance to left with pilastered surround; 6-panelled door to right in half-
columned surround with open segmental pediment. Doric columns with triglyphs
over capitals.
