House, now shop. Late C18 or early C19. Plain and decorative tile hanging
with wooden modillion eaves cornice to plain tiled roof with ridge stack to
right. 3 storeys; 2 window front, C19 cross casements on second floor with
one sash on first floor to left and small canted bay on first floor to right.
C20 single shopfront on ground floor to right with door in round-arched
recessed surround to left. The building would appear originally to have
been mathematically tiled, as Nos 9-11, (q.v.), and replaced with decorative
tiles in the later C19. Included for group value.
