House. Early C19. Stuccoed, partly channelled with wooden modillion
eaves cornice to pantiled roof with brick stack to right. 3 storeys;
slightly irregular 2 window front, with no window on 2 floor to left.
Sashes with large casement on first floor to right and tripartite sash
on ground floor to right. Panelled door with two upper panels glazed
in moulded wooden surround.
