Brewery, now warehouse and offices. Early C19 in a neoclassical style.
Plastered with band over ground floor and cornice to parapet hiding roof.
Slight central recess. 3 storeys. Windows on first and second floors
in double-storey arched recesses and outer windows on ground floor in
segment-headed panels. Round-arched windows on second floor, alight
segment heads on first floor with more pronounced segment heads on
fround floor. Large casements with glazing bars. Doubled half-glazed
doors in centre of ground floor up five semi-circular steps, in round-
arched surround with impost block band and large radiating fanlight.
2-storey painted brick extension to left with recessed centre and two
segment-headed windows on first floor over large round-arched entrance
with doubled garage doors below and overlight with glazing bars. Ware-
house to right, projecting forward partly, plastered below to front,
with brick and flint to sides and rear. Valley roof with gabled hoist-
house in Sable of rear range. Large extensions to rear, mostly single
storey.
