3 cottages, probably C18 in origin. Hipped tile roof. Flints. 2 storeys, 3 windows - flat arches, brick rusticated architraves, modern casements. Ground floor - 3 modern 'Tudor' doors, cambered arches, brick rusticated architraves. 3 cambered windows, modern tile sills, brick architraves. Brick quoins.

Malthouse Cottage, Old Barn Close, Post Office, Pelham Cottage, Nos 122, 124 and 126, and Nos 1-4 Malthouse Cottages form a group.
