Dated 1852. Red brick with blue headers. Low-pitched hipped slate roof, moulded
eaves. Small semi-detached pair of cottages. 2 storeys. 2 windows, sashes with
glazing bars, plain painted cills, ground floor flat brick arches. Left and right
plain doorways also with flat brick arches. Central brick chimney stacks. Small
rectangular plaque at centre of 1st floor "Gilbert Cottages 1852".
