C18. L-shaped. Two storeys and attic. Three windows and 2 dormers facing
west, ditto south. Faced with flints with red brick dressings and quoins.
Hipped tiled roof. Glazing bars intact. Doorway with narrow side lights,
rectangular fanlight and double doors of 6 fielded panels.
The house was occupied by the Reverend Thomas Scutt of Wick House, Hove,
and the original proprietor of Brunswick Square, Hove, from 1830 until shortly
before his death in 1852 and after that date by his son.
