(Formerly listed as: Mill Farmhouse and adjacent farmbuildings)

GV

Farmhouse with adjacent barn and outbuildings, converted for residential use in the early-C21. Mid C18 with early C19 additions. Squared tooled stone; Welsh slate roofs except for pantiles, largely C20 replacements, on road side of barn, and on barn extension. C20 brick stacks. House 2 storeys, 3 bays, slightly irregular. Right-of-centre boarded door with later trellis porch; 4-pane sash windows. End stacks. Lower outbuilding to left. Barn to right has stable door and part-slatted window; to right an
extension with boarded door between slit vents, and on far right an outbuilding with old pantile roof. To rear of barn a semi-octagonal gingang has one pier rebuilt in old brick, and pyramidal roof with central post and raking struts to principal rafters.

Example of a linear farm plan, pre-dating the late C18 and early C19 foldyard
layouts common in the area.
