Farmhouse. C18 and early C19. Dressed stone facade, random rubble elsewhere,
with Welsh slate roof.

Double span with earlier C18 wing projecting to rear.

Front block c1830. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 6-panelled door, and overlight with
geometric glazing bars, in C20 flat-topped stone porch. Chamfered surround. 3-light
mullioned ground-floor windows in square C20 bays. 12-pane sashes on 1st floor.
Gabled roof with overlapping coping and conjoined and corniced end stacks.

Rear span has 12- and 16-pane sashes. Lower 2-bay rear wing has small 12-pane
sashes.
