Ashlar in 2 builds, cill band continued from Nos 10 and 11 Percy Street. No 2
has glazing bar sash windows, No 4 casements. Central doorways. Slate roof with
raised verges and joint chimneys of brick. No 2 has carved street name in stone
above band.
