Part of Howick Street development after 1831. Two storeys, 2 windows each. Ashlar
with 1st floor cill band and moulded eaves cornice. Slate roofs with coped verges.
Glazing bar sash windows, one blind on 1st floor of No 15. Wide depressed archway
shared by Nos 13 and 15 with boldly rusticated quoins. No 13 has a flush panelled
door, No 15 a glazed door; a window has been inserted between them. No 17 has
flush panel door to right.
