House. Dated 1727 with iii and C20 alterations and additions. Coursed squared
ironstone, slate roof, brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic;
3-window range. C20 glazed door to left of centre with wood lintel in C20 glazed
lean-to porch, 20-pane sash windows to ground and first floors with wood
lintels, those to ground floor stop-chamfered. Quoins, moulded wood eaves with
pair of stone brackets similar to kneelers and stone-coped gables with kneelers.
Right side elevation facing road has pair of 1-liqht windows to attic with wood
lintels. Datestone in gable above inscribed F/WR/1727. C20 single-storey
extension to left side. One old leaded 2-light casement window to rear with wood
lintel and some panes of crown glass. Interior not inspected.
