House, now 2 dwellings and 2 shops. Probably mid C16 and C18. Limestone now
rendered with thatched roof. Probably originally open hall with through passage,
now single storey with attic. 5-window range of casements with glazing bars and
C20 leaded lights under eyebrow dormers. No.33/35 has a C20 door to left and
No.37 has two C19 and C20 shop windows. Central through passage is now an open
entry. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers and brick stacks at ridge and end.
Interior: No.33/35 has moulded spine beans and cornices to ground floor rooms.
Open fireplace now blocked in room to rear also C18 fielded panelled dado and
arch head recess. Mid C18 staircase with turned balusters. Raised cruck roof
structure. No.37 has open fireplace and fielded panelled dado in shop to left.
