Cottage. C18. Coursed ironstone rubble, slate roof, brick and stone stacks. 2
storeys, 2 bays. Central doorway with C20 glazed door and wood lintel extending
to right over C20 metal casement window. 3-light window with wood lintel and old
iron casement to left. 2-light casement windows with wood lintels on first
floor. Extension to left, C19 and C20 not of special architectural interest.
Interior: Stop chamfered spine beams. Open fireplace with C18/C19 timber mantel
shelf. Original timber bressumer remains behind.
