House. Datestone RB/1648, C19 and C20. Squared coursed limestone with
Collyweston slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan. Single storey with attic.
3-window range of C19 style casements, with glazing bars, under wood lintels.
Similar C19 style casements to attic, two are under Lincolnshire eaves dormers.
4-panel door, to right of centre, has a C20 wooden porch. Ashlar gable parapet,
to right and rendered stacks at end. C20 single-storey extension to right. Right
gable has one-window range, similar to main front. Date on diamond shape plaque
in apex of gable. One-bay extension, in similar style, to rear is probably C19.
Interior not inspected but noted as having stop-chamfered spine beans and open
fireplace with similar stop-chamfered bressumer. A thatch roof was replaced mid
C20 with Collyweston slates.
