Sick cow barn for isolation of diseased livestock. Some C16
components but building otherwise appears C18 in date. Oak
timberframe on brick and stone plinth, clad in weatherboarding
with half-hipped roof now clad in corrugated iron. Interior
has 2 isolation stalls with brick paved floor. Separate feed
store for sick animals. Wooden pegs for hanging harnesses or
coats. This is a complete example of a now rare building type.
