Mid C19 villa of simplified Neo-classical design. Channelled yellow brickwork,
low pitched Welsh slated roof with modillioned cornice. 2 storeys, plinth, 1st
floor band. Stucco Doric porch with 4 pillars supporting entablature. South
side elevation has pedimented projection on right, 3:2 sash windows.
