plain tile roof; roughcast central stack. 2-cell baffle-entry plan
house aligned north-east/south-west facing south-east. 2 storeys,
2 window front; C19 casements. Central gabled sandstone porch with
a 2-light chamfer mullioned window to its right hand return. Segmental
pointed arch doorway giving access to a C17 nail studded oak door.
