Regency. Red brick; 3 storeys; 3 sash windows, the central featured in arched
recess with stuccoed engaged shafts and festooned cornice. Ground storey has
two 3-light windows with stuccoed pilasters and moulded cornice in arched recess;
stuccoed doorcase with good traceried fanlight, pediment on consoles, 6-fielded-
panelled door and steps up. Sill bands at ground and 1st storeys; stone base
and cement plinth; moulded plaster eaves; modern tiles.
