SJ 85 SW side)

5/66 Jasmine Lodge
[formerly listed as
17.7.51 Pair of Lodges (of
former Clough Hall)]

GV II

Lodge. Early C19. Plastered walls; pyramidal felted roof; central
plastered stack. Square plan. One storey with modillioned eaves cornice
and blocking course. Central 4-pane sash window and flanking columns
within a central recess, itself flanked by a pair of semi-circular-headed
niches. C20 bungalow extension to the left not of special interest.
The right hand (south) return is similar but the central recess contains
a square bay window. Jasmine Lodge forms a pair with the former lodge
immediately to the south (q.v.). They flank the drive which led to
the now demolished Clough Hall.
