GV I

House. Mid C18 and extended late C19. Painted brick and plain tiled roof,
extended with yellow stock brick and slate roof. Two storeys and parapet to
hipped roof with stack to left. Three glazing bar sashes on first floor. 2 on
ground floor all with painted heads,. Central door of 6 panels in Doric porch.
Recessed 2 storey wing with stack to rear with 1 glazing bar sash and 1 wooden
casement and boarded door in porch at left. Projecting C19 2 storey wing to
right with parapet, hipped roof and stack at end right. Two sashes on first
floor and conservatory on ground floor. Interior; C18 staircase with unturned
balusters, ramped handrail and dado panelling.
