A row of 4 cottages. Mid C19. Walls of flint and random red
brick, except for No.9 which has been modernised and rendered
with a lean-to extension on the west. Black glazed pantiled
roofs. 2 internal plain rectangular red brick chimney-stack.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys on the south and 3 storeys on the north;
on a sloping site. 4 window range on the south: 2-light
small-paned casements with segmental heads, apart from No.9,
which has C20 windows. 3 boarded doors; an added porch to
No.9. On the north side some windows are C20 replacements, but
some are original, including 2 small-paned sliding sashes on
the top storey.
