roof with a mutule eaves soffit. 2 storeys. 4 window range,
sashes, 6-pane to the top lights, plain glass to the lower, in
plain reveals with moulded wood lintels. The ground storey has
C20 shop fronts. The rear range, fronting on Skinner Street,
is in red brick.
