Farmhouse. C17 with C18 and C19 alterations. Coursed stone, block
dressings; tiled roof. L-shaped plan of butted ranges with additions;
stone ridge and end stacks. Set-back, two-bay, two-storey entrance
front flanked by lean-to on left and butted projecting gabled wing to
right with verge parapet. Pair of windows on ground and first floor
to left of entrance, and sashes (one now fixed light), small light to
right; paired lights to apex of projecting wing. Boarded door with
hood on corbels and inverted low-relief blank coat of arms on lintol;
door approached by steps to raised yard with stone piers, approximately
2.5m high, moulded strings and surbase; ball finials. C17 blocked
door to return of projecting wing;. four two-light and one three-light
mullioned windows to rear of entrance range.
