Large chest tomb. Early C18, Archibald Grosvenor, d. 1705. Stone (possibly
Portland). Moulded plinth, wide gadrooned pilasters at angles. Paired
side panels with extensive historical description; moulded top slab. The
Grosvenor family were responsible for building Hales Hall (qv).
