Farmhouse. C17 with later alterations. Ashlar with herringbone tooling; plain tile roof with coped verges on shaped kneelers; ashlar ridge stack and integral end stack. The latter has cylindrical shafts. Lobby-entry plan, three-cell range aligned east-west facing south with single-cell extension to the east end. Two storeys and gable-lit attic with storey band and a cyma recta moulded eaves band to main house to left, 3:1 bays, extension to right, three-light chamfer mullioned windows; two-storey break to left hand bay; door to left of centre with raised and moulded surround and raised keystone. Left hand gable has a two-light chamfer mullioned attic window.

Rear: main house to right, extension to left.

Main house: three three-light chamfer mullioned windows with rebated surrounds and straight hood moulds to ground floor, two-light chamfer mullioned windows to first floor left and first floor right of centre, two-light chamfer mullioned window in rebated surround to left of centre at a slightly lower level possibly lighting the stairs.

Interior: chamfered and stopped ceiling beams; good C17 staircase with turned balusters.
